Steal This Look: A Modern Bedroom in an 1890s Iron Foundry

In renovating an old iron foundry, architect Ravi Raj struck a balance between preservation and adding a “modern volume,” as he calls it. The bedroom, situated in a side structure, features a layering of elements, from paint to vintage furniture to lighting. Here we detail the key elements of this primarily black-and-white space.
